HEC Scholarship.

Please see that I was awarded the HEC Scholarship last year September for my PhD in America under Overseas Scholarship Phase II Batch III. It was suspended in November, and I also have the visa. I tried very hard in writing the proposal for it, and all the effort seems to go waste. I request the President and the Prime Minister of Pakistan to please provide the requisite funds so that I can travel to America and start my PhD this coming July.

I wish to apply for foriegn scholarship. sir i have done my f.sc in premedical with 719 marks from swat board.sir you know that the situation in swat is so much critical and in these circumstances , we cannot continuous education .sir i will be thankful to you that your institution give me a scholarship forum.

slam.i have done MA islamic studies with cgpa 3.39/4 with distinctiv position of gold medal recently in june 2009.

1;is any scholarship for mphill in islamic studies?

2;will hec help me in pakistans university?or will help me for admission in jamia azhar or madina university?
