I, Mr. Tamirat Redae after graduate from Bahir Dar University, Engineering Faculty, Department of Food Technology in Advance Diploma on July 5, 2005 I was recruited as Academic Technical Assistant II by the Haramaya University on July 8, 2005 based on my Diploma in Food Technology.

since the date of my employment I have been delivering my academic services actively in teaching and learing process of the department of Food Science and Post Harvest Technology of the university. I was genuinely contributing myself in effectively laboratory teaching for under graduate students like Food Chemistry, Cereal Science & Technology, Fruit & Vegetable, and Instrumental Analysis and also for graduate students. I was also participating in research and transfer of technology in the field of Food Science and Post Harvest Technology.

I have also taken short training in Ethiopia heath and nutrition research institute, international live stock research institute, Ethiopian Standard Quality Authority in Addis Abeba and also in Haramaya University in cereal science & technology.
